Enameled Dragonfly Pendant or Pin

Enameled "Basse Taille" Dragonfly Pendant and Pin made of copper, sterling silver and brass.

 

This enamel technique was developed in the late 1800's and used by Faberge. Metal is etched then many layers of sifted glass are applied one at a time, firing after each til the desired affect is achieved. 

 

Note: Neck Wire is NOT included with piece.*

Size: 2 1/4" wide by 3 1/4" tall.

 

Care: Wiipe clean with damp cloth, or jewelry cloth.
